ARCHITECTURAL EXPERIENCE

I have specialized in residential design and construction since 1976. I have designed hundreds of living units both multi and single family projects in and around San Diego County. I have also designed commercial and industrial buildings locally and in Nevada. Additionally, I have built several hundred living units, attached and detached, in numerous projects.

FORENSIC EXPERIENCE

My forensic experience includes defect investigations of commercial and religious buildings, single family homes , subdivisions and large scale condominium developments. I have prepared repair recommendations and have supervised the preparation of trial exhibits including animated video, models, and display boards. I have been deposed on numerous occasions and I am experienced in trial testimony.
