5/88 to present President Consultants to the Toy, Recreation and Consumer products industries, Engineering turnkey projects from concept into production; Engineering, Tooling, Quality Assurance & Expert Witness report preparation and testimony.

3/85 to 4/88 Coleco Industries, Inc. Senior Vice President, as head of worldwide Quality Assurance had established an effective QA/QC organization. This involved initiating and directing quality programs for Outdoor products, Sporting Goods, Electro‑mechanical toys, Juvenile Furniture and Cabbage‑Patch dolls. Testified on numerous liability and patent suits for Sporting goods, Ride‑On, Swimming Pools and Toys.

4/69 to 2/85 Vice President – Engineering, While supervising a professional staff of 90, successfully managed complex diverse activities; i.e. engineering, design, costing, tooling and QA. Responsibilities included the engineering direction for mechanics, plastic‑part design, software programming, PCB and circuit design, mold procurement, Technical illustrations, Drafting & Model‑making. Developed the Swimming Pool filter and accessory line, and the products, which first introduced Coleco into the Toy industry. Controlled all budgetary policies liaison with UL, CSA, CPSC and FCC.

1/67 to 3/69 Ideal Toy Corp. Director Far East Manufacturing
Responsible for manufacturing and quality of toys imported from the Orient. Found new sub‑contractors and negotiated advantageous purchase agreements to assure greater profitability.  Sought new product ideas; coordinated Orient designers and toolmakers; oversaw schedules; approved engineering and tooling.
